At LOEWE Glasses, we stand behind the quality of our premium eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your glasses within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return
What Can Be Returned:
- Prescription eyeglasses in original condition
- Non-prescription glasses and sunglasses
- Frames purchased separately
- Accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, etc.)
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Prescription lenses must be unaltered and undamaged
- Custom engraved items may not be eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label via email
- Package your items securely in original packaging
- Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
